You should consider your decision to employ a Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW) seriously. This will help prevent miscommunication and other problems which could arise in your working relationship with your FDW. It takes time and effort to nurture a good working relationship between employers and their FDWs. The likelihood of misunderstandings and disputes will be minimized greatly if both parties decide from the start to make the relationship work. Employers should also be reasonable when assigning household chores. A happy FDW who is well taken care of is less likely to cause problems than one who is unhappy.
